SysteCom, a member of QnR Group, has been awarded a Silver distinction at the BITE Awards 2026 in the IT Security / Cyber Security category.
The award recognises SysteCom’s submission, “The Evolution of Threat Hunting through Advanced Threat Detection,” for its contribution to advancing proactive cyber threat detection and threat hunting capabilities within a complex financial-sector environment.
The initiative focused on moving beyond traditional, reactive security mechanisms towards a more proactive and intelligence-driven approach to threat detection. At its core was the deployment of the Anvilogic AI SOC Platform, integrated with the organisation’s existing security ecosystem, including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR and XSOAR.
Through this approach, SysteCom enabled a more structured and continuously evolving threat hunting capability, combining Cyber Threat Intelligence, behavioural correlation, MITRE ATT&CK-aligned detection, detection-as-code and AI-assisted analysis.
The platform supports the identification of detection gaps, automated recommendations for improving detection coverage, correlation of events into complex attack scenarios and AI-assisted L1 triage and detection engineering. Continuous monitoring through metrics such as Maturity Score, Coverage Percentage and Detection Tuning KPIs provides visibility into the effectiveness and evolution of the organisation’s detection strategy.
The implementation was designed to leverage existing security infrastructure while minimising operational disruption, with SysteCom providing strategic planning, platform integration, configuration, training and ongoing technical support.
By combining technology, threat intelligence and specialised expertise, SysteCom helps organisations evolve their security operations from fragmented alert detection towards a more proactive, threat-informed and measurable approach to cyber resilience.
The Silver Award at BITE Awards 2026 recognises SysteCom’s continued commitment to developing advanced cybersecurity capabilities and supporting organisations in strengthening their ability to detect, understand and respond to increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.

QnR Group Recognised with Gold Award for AI-Powered Digital Transformation in Justice
The QnR Group also received a Gold Award at the BITE Awards 2026 in the Legal, Law Enforcement & Defence category for the “Digital Transformation and Modernisation of the Court of Audit – E-Justice Project.” At the heart of the project is the Digital Judge Assistant, an AI-powered application already in production at the Hellenic Court of Audit, supporting the search and use of legislation and case law and the classification of cases, while assisting rather than replacing judicial judgement and decision-making. The project was designed and implemented by QnR Group, with the contribution of SquareDev, the Group’s AI-specialised company.
The significance of the project was also highlighted by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis during his 17 September 2026 visit to the Hellenic Court of Audit, where he described the Digital Judge Assistant as a “very important innovation” and highlighted its role in making AI a practical assistant to Justice. The QnR submission achieved a 548% higher evaluation than the average score of the category, further highlighting the Group’s capabilities in delivering advanced digital transformation and AI solutions.
