About the role
We are looking for a Forcepoint Certified Engineer to join our engineering team, supporting the deployment, configuration, and ongoing operation of Forcepoint security solutions across enterprise customer environments.
In this role, you will work hands-on with Forcepoint platforms (DLP, Web Security, NGFW), as well as the underlying IT infrastructure, contributing to the implementation and support of integrated cybersecurity architectures. You will participate in customer deployments, provide technical support, and collaborate with senior engineers to ensure secure, resilient, and high-performing environments.
This position offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise in data protection, network security, and secure infrastructure through hands-on experience and continuous training as part of SysteCom’s cybersecurity services portfolio.
What you’ll do
- Deploy, configure, and support Forcepoint solutions, including DLP, Web Security, and Email Security modules.
- Monitor and maintain Forcepoint environments, ensuring optimal performance and policy enforcement.
- Assist in troubleshooting security incidents related to data protection, web traffic, and network security controls.
- Support the implementation of security policies, including data classification, access control, and web filtering.
- Work closely with customers to support deployments, upgrades, and tuning of Forcepoint platforms.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security architecture design and best practices.
- Integrate Forcepoint solutions with existing IT infrastructure (Active Directory, endpoints, network components).
- Provide technical support (remote & onsite) for security-related incidents and service requests.
- Participate in health checks, performance monitoring, and reporting for security platforms.
- Support incident analysis and contribute to root cause identification and remediation actions.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networks, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Forcepoint solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and basic routing.
- Good knowledge of Windows-based environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
- Ability to troubleshoot system and network connectivity issues in production environments.
- Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and customer stakeholders, both onsite and remotely.
Nice to have
- Microsoft valid certifications (or willingness to pursue them).
