Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven System Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems that support our clientele’s operations and strategic goals. As a key member of the engineering team, you will ensure our clients’ system reliability, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with business needs. Your expertise will play a critical role in advancing SysteCom’s technical capabilities, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the growth trajectory of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new projects for both existing and new customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Manage proactive support tasks, including upgrades and migrations, within customers’ existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the team to suggest, design, and develop additional services and innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 3 years of related field experience.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, and Windows Deployment (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Experience in virtualization environments such as Hyper-V and/or VMware.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Servers (on-premises and/or Office 365).
- Proficiency in Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
- Troubleshooting skills for server hardware.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications.
- Office 365 experience.
- Experience in the implementation and support of LAN/WAN networks.
Additional Skills:
- High level of problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Team player with well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Passion for exploring and adopting new technologies.
