We are looking for an:

Junior IT Helpdesk

Job Description:

  • Assist the Technical Manager in day-to-day tasks
  • First-line support to customers (phone\remote)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time

Position requirements and qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience with installing and supporting Windows operating systems, MS Office
  • Understanding of hardware and software
  • Basic understanding of networks
  • Analytical thinking
  • Fluency in Greek and English – written and verbal
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communications and customer handling skills
  • Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize and execute duties
  • Attention to detail

Any of the below will be considered positive:

  • University or College Degree in a related field or
  • Relevant previous experience in customer support
