We are looking for an:
Junior IT Helpdesk
Job Description:
- Assist the Technical Manager in day-to-day tasks
- First-line support to customers (phone\remote)
- Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time
Position requirements and qualifications:
- At least one year of experience with installing and supporting Windows operating systems, MS Office
- Understanding of hardware and software
- Basic understanding of networks
- Analytical thinking
- Fluency in Greek and English – written and verbal
- Pleasant personality with excellent communications and customer handling skills
- Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize and execute duties
- Attention to detail
Any of the below will be considered positive:
- University or College Degree in a related field or
- Relevant previous experience in customer support
