The candidate will be responsible to build a relationship with new clientele and maintain it with the existing ones. They will work alongside vendors and with the rest of the team internally, to ensure the highest levels of performance and ability and manage any problems that arise.
The candidate will need to be able to work as part of a team yet maintaining their autonomy and being able to self-manage priorities and day-to-day actions to achieve expected results.
Business Development Manager with expertise in IT Infrastructure and Security solutions, who will have the following responsibilities:
- Build new clientele
- Maintain existing clientele and expand the adoption of the solutions
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
- Arrange meetings and present our solutions portfolio to customers
- Work with vendors to design proposals provided to customers
- Work with marketing and technology department to design targeted activities
- Work with the technical department to ensure customers are provided high-quality results
- Prepare and deliver proposals and negotiate prices
- Be able to manage multiple projects independently
- Provide progress and activity reports to management
- Meet personal targets and sales plan agreed with management
- Be willing and able to learn new technologies and obtain certifications
Position requirements and qualifications:
- 7 years related field experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Focus to achieve expected results
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both Greek and English)
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Attention to detail
- Driving License
The candidate must also have the following characteristics:

- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team player with highly developed interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the mentality to take initiatives
